Place mouse ontop of picture. Click and hold the left button and move the mouse to look around.

Pressing Shift/Ctrl will zoom in/out respectivly (as long as your cursor is on top of the picture).

Please note that there is a small problem with this VR, the ends are not connected, and so panning endlessly in the same direction is not possible.
